Zapier Integration

Connect Review Monster to thousands of apps through Zapier. Automatically send review requests when events happen in your CRM, invoicing tool, or scheduling software.

Overview

The Review Monster Zapier integration lets you trigger review requests automatically from any app that connects to Zapier. When a job is completed in your CRM, an invoice is paid, or a deal closes, Zapier sends customer details to Review Monster, and we handle the rest — SMS and email review requests go out on your behalf.

No coding required. Just connect your apps, map a few fields, and turn on the automation.

Authentication

Review Monster uses OAuth2 authentication. When you connect your Review Monster account in Zapier, you'll be taken to a secure login page where you authorize Zapier to act on your behalf. No API keys to copy or paste.

How it works

  1. When adding Review Monster in Zapier, click Connect.
  2. A popup opens to the Review Monster authorization page. If you're already logged in, you'll see the consent screen right away.
  3. Click Authorize to grant Zapier access.
  4. You're redirected back to Zapier, and the connection is saved automatically.

Zapier automatically includes your credentials on every API request using a Bearer token:

Authorization: Bearer rm_oat_your_access_token

  • 12085551234 — 11 digits with country code
  • (208) 555-1234 — formatted (non-digits are stripped)

Rate Limits

There are no strict rate limits on the API. Review requests are queued and processed asynchronously. For high-volume use cases, requests are handled reliably without throttling.
