Review Monster started with a simple observation: most local service businesses have hundreds, sometimes thousands, of happy customers—but only a handful of reviews to show for it.
We saw business owners who delivered excellent work every day, but struggled to compete online because they didn't have the reviews to prove it. Meanwhile, their competitors with more reviews—not necessarily better service—were winning the customers.
That didn't seem fair. So we built Review Monster.
