Our work

Websites we've built

Every site here runs on the same platform: the same CRM behind the forms, the same chat widget, the same reviews engine. Some we built from a single call. Some we moved over page for page because the owner liked what they had.

Each one has a short note on what it has, what made it hard, and what we did about it.

What every one of them includes

The design changes from site to site. The things that bring in work don't.

Leads in one place

Every form, chat and booking lands in the CRM with the visitor's details, and the office is texted and emailed at once.

A reply in seconds

The visitor gets a text and an email confirming you have their request, before a competitor has read theirs.

Reviews on the page

Google reviews pulled in live, with the review-request engine behind them keeping the count growing.

Built for search

One topic per page, local copy, business and service schema, fast loads, and every photo tagged to its town.

Chat, booking, blog

A chat widget, online scheduling and a blog that writes itself on a schedule, all switched on from the dashboard.

Hosting handled

Domain, SSL, hosting and updates are included. Text us a change and it's done.

HVAC

Bright Peak Heating & Cooling

Boise, Idaho · Built from scratch

A full-size heating and cooling site, built the way the top HVAC companies in the valley build theirs.

What it has

  • Instant quote tool: three picks and the visitor sees a typical installed price range, then leaves a name and number if they want it in writing
  • Comfort Club membership page, coupons, financing and rebate pages, each with its own request form
  • Case studies and project write-ups that show real jobs instead of stock photos
  • A page for each service in each city, written for that city, not a swapped-in name
  • Request-service form at the foot of every service and city page, feeding the CRM
1

The challenge

HVAC is a crowded search. The winners run deep sites with a page for every service and town.

2

What we did

We built that whole structure, with a price tool and forms that feed the CRM.

Top Shelf Junk Removal and Demolition

Boise, Idaho · Moved onto the platform, page for page

A large, long-running site moved onto the platform without losing a single address.

What it has

  • Every page kept its original address and design; nothing a search engine had indexed went missing
  • Fourteen single-service satellite sites, each with its own tracking number ringing into the CRM
  • Quote form with photo upload on every page, with texting consent handled the way carriers require
  • Google reviews on the page, live, once a listing has enough of them
  • Blog posts written automatically on a schedule, in the company's own voice
1

The challenge

Hundreds of ranking pages in a hand-coded site. A redesign would have thrown that away.

2

What we did

We moved every page as it was and kept every address. Nothing dropped out of Google.

Man of Steel Junk Removal

Eagle, Idaho · Built from scratch

A new company's first real website, built from a discovery call and live inside a week.

What it has

  • A quote bar under every hero: name, number, message and photos, straight to the owner's phone
  • Automatic text and email reply to every lead the moment it arrives
  • Google reviews pulled onto the page, with saved testimonials shown until the listing has enough
  • Business, service and area schema on every page so search engines read it correctly
  • A chat widget ready to switch on from the dashboard
1

The challenge

A new one-crew company with no website and no content.

2

What we did

One call, a full site a week later, every form into the CRM.

Highway Desperado Hauling

Nampa, Idaho · Built from scratch

Signed up online on a Saturday, site built from the onboarding answers, domain bought and live by Monday.

What it has

  • The owner and his truck cut out as the home-page hero, from his own photos
  • Before-and-after sliders on the services people actually hire him for
  • A small badge version of his logo in the header, so it reads at phone size
  • Service pages rewritten when he changed what he offers during onboarding
  • Chat widget and text-back on every lead
1

The challenge

An owner-operator with a Facebook page and no time for meetings.

2

What we did

His onboarding answers built the first draft. Real photos, a new domain, live in three days.

Badger Property Management

Nampa, Idaho · Owner's design, replicated

The owner's own design, kept exactly, with the platform's lead handling underneath it.

What it has

  • His pages, styles and scripts served as he built them
  • Rent estimate and contact forms posting into the CRM with every field preserved
  • Stylesheets loaded in the page head so Safari never flashes an unstyled page between clicks
  • Chat widget in the corner, run from the dashboard
  • Review requests, texting and call tracking from the same account
1

The challenge

The owner liked the site he built and didn't want a redesign.

2

What we did

We kept his site exactly and put the CRM, chat and reviews underneath it.

Freedom Cleaning Services

Homedale, Idaho · Moved onto the platform, pixel for pixel

A platform move with the brief 'exactly no change', and that's what they got.

What it has

  • Every page verified against a snapshot of the old site before the domain moved
  • Hero videos, photo galleries and the review widget carried over as they were
  • The existing online booking kept working through the move
  • The old sitemap and robots file served verbatim, so nothing changed for Google
  • Both domains moved in one step, with the apex redirecting to www as before
1

The challenge

A working, ranking site. The owner wanted the platform, not a new look.

2

What we did

Moved as an exact copy, checked page by page, then the domain switched. Nobody noticed.

Minot, North Dakota · Moved onto the platform, reads their content live

A hundred-page practice site whose own team keeps publishing in the editor they already use.

What it has

  • Their content team publishes in their own editor and the site shows it within a minute
  • Symptom pages, service pages, a video library, a spine simulator and new-patient forms, all kept
  • The old address format kept exactly, down to the trailing slash, so no link anywhere broke
  • Every old redirect carried over, one hop each
  • Appointment requests go to the CRM instead of a third-party form service
1

The challenge

A hundred-page practice site with its own content team and years of inbound links.

2

What we did

It reads their content live, keeps every old address, and their editors never changed a thing.

Summit Dumpsters

Boise, Idaho · Built from scratch

A roll-off dumpster site where every size, price and fee is on the page before anyone calls.

What it has

  • A page for each size, 10 to 40 yard, with dimensions, what it holds and the price for 1, 3, 7 and 14 days
  • A pricing page listing every fee that could show up on the invoice
  • An instant price tool: size, rental length and what you're loading
  • A what-can-go-in page, so nobody gets a surprise at the landfill
  • A page for each town, with local placement and permit notes
1

The challenge

Dumpster customers want a price and a delivery day, and most sites make them call for both.

2

What we did

Prices, weight limits and fees are all on the page, and booking takes one form.

Valley Storage

Spokane Valley, Washington · Built from scratch

A storage facility site with a size guide, honest prices and a reserve form on every page.

What it has

  • A page for each kind of storage: drive-up, climate-controlled, RV and boat, vehicle, business, supplies
  • Specials with a claim button, and a reserve form at the foot of every storage and town page
  • A page for each nearby town, with directions from there
  • Gallery, FAQ, reviews and a blog of storage tips
1

The challenge

Storage renters compare facilities in minutes and want sizes, prices and gate hours answered fast.

2

What we did

Every size has a price on the page, every page has a reserve form, and the whole site reads like the owner wrote it.
