You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time, and we'll do it. This page explains how, including data we receive from accounts you connect to Review Monster, such as Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile.
Email info@reviewmonster.com from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data." Tell us your business name so we can find the right account. If you're writing from a different address, include the email you signed up with.
We confirm every request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you have a Review Monster account, sign in and go to Settings, then use the Contact panel to send us a deletion request. It reaches the same place as an email and follows the same timeline.
Removing our access stops any future data from reaching us and stops us posting on your behalf:
Disconnecting stops future access but doesn't erase what we already hold, so send the deletion request above as well if that's what you want.
We delete your account record, your customer contact lists, your review request history, photos you uploaded, posts we scheduled or published on your behalf, and any access tokens for connected accounts. Published posts that already went live on your own Facebook page, Instagram account or Google Business Profile belong to you and remain under your control; delete those from the platform itself if you don't want them.
We keep the minimum records that law requires us to keep, such as billing and tax records, and anonymized data that can no longer be tied back to you. Everything else goes.
Write to info@reviewmonster.com and a person will answer. You can also read our Privacy Policy for the full picture of what we collect and why.
