We do not send bulk or unsolicited messages containing links to reviewmonster.com, and we do not authorize any affiliate, reseller, partner, or other third party to do so on our behalf. We operate no affiliate program.
Email sent from reviewmonster.com and its subdomains is transactional: account notifications, service reports, and replies to people who have contacted us. Recipients are our own contracted clients or people who wrote to us first, and every recurring message includes a way to stop it.
All mail from this domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and we publish a DMARC policy with aggregate reporting so that unauthorized use of the domain is visible to us.
Business development email we send is sent from separate domains, does not reference or link to reviewmonster.com, and honors opt-out requests on receipt.
Customers who use Review Monster to request reviews from their own customers are bound by our Terms of Service, which prohibit sending review requests to people who were not their customers and prohibit using the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
To report a message you believe violates this policy, write to info@reviewmonster.com. We investigate every report and will stop the sending at issue.
